Quarta Posata Oro

The Quarta Posata is used for petit fours, tapas, small desserts or anything that sparks your creativity. Set along with a spoon, fork and knife or present it when the time is right.

Available in different colors: Stainless Steel, Oro, Oro Ice, Oro Nero, Bronzo and Rainbow.

The Quarta Posata was inspired by Chef Ferran Adria’s concept of the tapa tong. Redesigned by Chef Marco Stabile of Oro d’Aria, in collaboration with Jeunes Restaurateurs D'Europe (JRE) Italia and Mepra. 

 "There are Chefs in the world, whom continously affect through the taste and make it better than me. One of these is Ferran Adrià, who I honor with the idea of the Quarta Posata, inspired by his tapas tongs."
