Marinated Fish Holder Rectangular Bretone

The rectangular Marinated fish holder by Mepra is a heavy weight (3,6 kg) item for your dinner table or food presentation.

The bottom tray can be filled with cubed or crushed ice. The upper food tray is then positioned above the ice. The food tray is vented. Coldness from the ice below can flow easily through. It keeps food chilled and fresh for a long time, from the moment it is placed on the table to the last moment of the dinner.

The bottom tray can also be used alone to serve foods.
