Andrea Mainardi x Mepra

Andrea Mainardi’s cooking is driven by curiosity, creativity and a passion for flavour. Trained at the hospitality school in San Pellegrino, he developed his craft alongside leading Italian chefs. His culinary vision took shape at Officina Cucina, a restaurant built around a single table. There, guests experienced a tasting menu designed to bring the chef and diner closer together. His approach combines imaginative presentations with flavours that appeal to a broad range of palates.

Colour, aroma and texture give each dish its own personality. Even a simple basil leaf can become the starting point for a new creation. His collaboration with Mepra brings this inventive spirit to Naturalmente, a versatile cooking system. Combining six cooking techniques in one tool, it opens up creative possibilities for home cooks.
